Shine in the service center in Montgomery was extremely helpful and pleasant. She helped my mom as if she was helping her own mother. She explained everything to myself and mom. Shine made mom feel comfortable during the process which didn't take up to much of our weekend. Great job.

Greg and Red at Hyundai Montgomery Service Department were extremely professional and provided excellent, personable service. I brought my vehicle in for engine issues that were still under warranty, and both service analysts were attentive to my concerns from the start. Ultimately, the engine had to be replaced, and the turnaround time was only 8 days. I received daily updates by text or phone call, and my car was even ready before the promised date.

Cameron Ellis was my sales associate when I purchased my 2022 Elantra Hybrid. This young lady was such a ray of sunshine when I had lost hope with getting into a newer vehicle with my trade in. She is hands down the sweetest and most encouraging sales lady I’ve met around Montgomery during this round of car shopping. Even though he wasn’t my assigned service advisor, he took the time to help me and answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel pressured in anyway and they listen to what car I wanted, the trade in value on my car, the interest rate and payment I wanted. I can’t say enough about my experience!! I will definitely be going back when it’s time for another car!!

This young man was very friendly, down to earth and a bright light in what was a horrible week for me...very attentive, patient and really paid attention to what I wanted and needed. So within 2 days , I got to drive off in my vehicle, which I am loving!
